This was a return visit to the hotel after several years. Everything was just as good, staff could not do enough for their guests and went out of their way to help. Rooms kept very clean throughout our stay.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They helped with all enquiries and made our stay wonderful. Their recommendations regarding best times to visit museums was perfect and I was able to visit the museums when there were little crowds. Breakfast was great and a family affair which I really enjoyed.

Staff kind and supportive. They are always figuring out what to do to make your stay more pleasant. The location is excellent, very close city hot touristic spots. We were a family of four and our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Wifi coverage was excellent in our room even though it was distant from the reception (and free!). Breakfast was more than enough. PC with printer and internet at your disposal at the reception, together with a nice cafeteria.
Tiny elevator, and retro overall look but not a real issue. Printer was down when we arrived, and the receptionist wanted to keep our passports until it was fixed which we did not agreed to. Fortunately it was quickly fixed, I just rebooted the thing :-).

The Hotel Casci was our favourite for this trip and it was largely due to the position and the staff. It is a short walk from the train, the Uffizi, David, Gilli (fabulous stand up espresso and pastry) and the hotel staff were marvellous with their recommendations for restaurants and activities.
